How it works
Where do I start?
First schedule a Free Trial Lesson here.
How long is the trial lesson?
Between 15 – 30 minutes.
What can I expect in the trial lesson?
In this first meeting I will assess your level, talk about what you need to improve your English and briefly discuss the format of the lessons. Then you can decide how many lessons you want to do.
When are the lessons?
You can choose the time, place and how often you want to do English lessons.
ALL LESSONS ARE 30 MINUTES.
What can I expect in the lessons?
We will discuss your goals and needs and outline how to achieve them. I will design a step by step program for you to follow to improve your English and teach you how to learn outside of the classroom. I will show you resources and recommend what you need to learn English.
Lessons are relaxed and friendly so you will feel confident to speak and ask questions. You will be surprised how quickly you see results.
How will you help me learn English?
The best way to learn a language is to discover a genuine interest in the culture and how the language is used. There is so much to discover in English; music, films, most things on the internet and because so many people use it there is endless motivation to be found to learn the language. I will help you to learn English by finding things that interest you and therefore make learning the language seem more practical and less removed from everyday life.
Where do we do lessons and how?
Lessons are done online via Zoom or Skype.
What do I need?
For now all you need is your computer an Internet connection and either Zoom or Skype. A headset and webcam are optional extras.
What materials will we use?
I can provide materials to work with unless you have something specific you’d like to do or any questions about anything. I will send the materials to you at the beginning of the lesson and we can work through it together.
